It is possible to exchange or return your purchase in any ROKA store, provided all conditions are met. ROKA uses a return period of 14 days. The condition is that you can show proof of purchase and that the item is undamaged and has not been used or worn.

For online purchases, all original labels are still attached to the items and that they are packed in the original packaging.

In case of return: do not forget to bring the completed return form with you. ROKA cannot accept your online ordered items without the return form. You will receive a return receipt from the relevant ROKA branch. The invoice amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days. It is not possible for the ROKA stores to refund the purchase amount in cash.

If you wish to return your purchase, it is important that you complete and enclose the return form. You will receive the return form with the order. You will also find a return sticker on this form. You can use this to return the package.
