How to order


ROKA online collection

On our website you can view and order the collection and accessories for the groom and the male guests of a wedding at your leisure. The featured on-line collection is just a part of our extensive stock that you can find in our stores. Order status

After you have placed an order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by e-mail with an overview of the ordered items. You can also find the order on the site under “Order status”. As soon as the payment has been made, you will receive an email from us when that has taken place and the order will be processed. As soon as the order has been processed, another email will be sent that the package is on its way with a 3S code and a link to track the package.

Change order

You can always remove or add products during the ordering process. Once the order has been placed, you can in principle no longer make changes. Should you discover that you have not ordered the right suit / accessory or, for example, have selected the wrong size? Send an email to customerservice@roka.nl with your order number and your change. We will then contact you by e-mail the next working day.

Complaints procedure

We attach great importance to quality. In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about an item within 2 months of purchasing the webshop item, take a digital photo of this and send it to klantenservice@roka.nl, stating the order number. We will assess this complaint based on the photo(s) and inform you about this. If we cannot resolve it, we will ask you to return the item free of charge via our freepost number. As soon as we receive the complaint, we will contact you as soon as possible but no later than within 5 working days to discuss the solution together. General questions or complaints that have not been sufficiently resolved by customer service can be directed to info@roka.nl

Warranty

The warranty applies according to the statutory rights of the consumer. Legal guarantee means that a product must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. For questions about specific cases, always contact our customer service at customerservice@roka.nl. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase and may vary per product / brand. Wear of fabrics, soles and heels, bald noses and wear of linings due to excessive perspiration, broken zippers and other defects caused by misuse, for which the seller cannot be blamed, will not be reimbursed.
